Movement is my passion, and helping others feel strong, empowered and at home in their bodies is what drives me every day. With 18 years of experience in teaching and coaching, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding people towards greater wellness – whether through yoga, Pilates, personal training, sports massage or dynamic group exercise classes.
I believe movement should feel good, be fun and support a vibrant, balanced life. It’s not just about fitness – it’s about finding a way to move that energises you, builds confidence and fits into your lifestyle.
Beyond the Studio
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking through nature, exploring new places or soaking up every moment with my three gorgeous dogs.
My Mission
Simply put: to inspire, educate and help you move in a way that makes you feel amazing – inside and out.
