Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and after 15 years in the industry, I’ve had the chance to teach almost everything! Today, I specialise in Barre, a Yoga/Pilates hybrid, Reformer Pilates and Personal Training, but my journey started with Zumba and Les Mills Body Balance – and I’ve loved every step along the way.

From Ballet to Reformer Pilates: Where It All Began
My love for movement started at a young age when I took up ballet. I was always an active child, whether it was swimming, running or Tae Kwon Do, and I come from a very sporty family. My mum was a keen runner and aerobics queen, while my dad is a Grand Master in Tae Kwon Do, coaching for over 45 years – so a desk job was never meant for me!
Finding Reformer Pilates
When the opportunity came up to teach Reformer Pilates, I grabbed it with both hands – and I haven’t looked back. It combines strength, control and flexibility in a way that challenges both the mind and body, which is exactly what I love about movement.
My Teaching Style
My classes are fun, dynamic and adaptable for multiple levels. I love challenging clients while keeping the energy positive – always with a smile and plenty of encouragement. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced mover, my goal is to help you feel strong, confident and capable in every session.
A Fun Fact About Me!
I actually have a degree in Costume Design and used to work backstage in theatres and children’s TV. And yes – I can still do the splits and will happily show this at any given opportunity!
I can't wait to see you in class – let’s move, have fun and get stronger together!
