My Journey in Fitness & Reformer Pilates
I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years, teaching everything from spin and body conditioning to Piyo and Pilates. My passion lies in strength training, and I have been lifting weights since I was 15 – starting with Body Pump classes before moving into the weights section at the gym.
My dedication led me to compete in Welsh Weightlifting, and that experience continues to shape how I approach training today. I love helping people discover what their bodies are capable of through the power of movement. Reformer Pilates, in particular, offers a unique and powerful way to build full-body strength – physically and mentally.
In addition to teaching, I also tutor for a private health and fitness company, supporting students as they train to become fully qualified Pilates instructors at both Level 3 and Level 4.
My Teaching Style
I am all about inclusivity – whoever you are, whatever your background, and whatever your experience, you are welcome in my classes. I love to challenge and empower my clients, ensuring they feel strong, confident, and capable every step of the way.
Fun Fact About Me
Since having my second baby, I discovered Pole Dancing – and it has been life-changing. I absolutely love it.
